Delivered in the surroundings of a stunning 150 acre, Grade 1 listed estate, Farleigh Performance provides a consultancy that helps business leaders and global organisations stay ahead of the game.
We were approached to develop an identity that reflected the unique location and the high-quality training on offer.
Once home to the Earl of Cairns, the Farleigh estate is now an elite training facility for Bath Rugby. The Earl’s Coat of Arms with it’s motto “Effloresco” (To Flourish), adorns the main house and perfectly reflects the aspirations of the corporate clients Farleigh Performance works with.
Working with expert illustrator and engraver Chris Wormell we created a crest which could reflect the consultancy’s core characteristics, and pay homage to the rich heritage of the location.
The crest has two standard bearers; a lion symbolising strength and courage and a hawk ‘who does not rest until they’ve achieved their objective’. Other elements include the original Effloresco scroll from the Earl’s crest, the Bath Rugby shield, and an olive wreath to represent growth and development.
